 TRU West Alliance Project W3. Project W3 is a £1.4bn upgrade of the railway between Huddersfield and Ravensthorpe in the U.K

Go-Bid Ltd is currently delivering bid management services to Bam Construction UK as part of their Alliance with Arup, Amey and Network Rail. Outcomes include section proposals and overall target prices to support the Network Rail GRIP process and secure funding from the Department for Transport (DfT).

Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP). FMSP is a £10m per annum Facilities Management and Capital Project contract for the Royal Navy based in Portsmouth.

Go-Bid Ltd developed the engineering assurance and capital projects delivery model on behalf of Mitie by collaborating with the supply chain to maximise value for money.

Project Miter. Project Miter is a £500k per annum Ministry of Defence services contract for the provision and maintenance of Mechanical Handling Construction Equipment worldwide.

Go-Bid Ltd led the production of bid deliverables including managing the review process and quality management of submission documents totalling 500,000 words!.
